Select Outlook from the toolbar. Select Preferences. Select Signatures. Select the Plus Sign in the edit signature box to add a new signature. Enter a Signature Name. Enter the Signature Content. The Outlook for Mac email client allows you to create and use a personal signature, which will appear at the end of outgoing email messages. The signature can include text, images, a logo, links to a website, etc.
Change your signature's font. Select the part of the signature that you want to change, then click the font drop-down box and click a new font. The font drop-down box is above the top-left corner of the 'Edit signature' box. Edit the Signature Temporarily. Another way to change your email signature in the Outlook app is to delete it from individual messages on an as-needed basis before you send the message. For example, if you made a custom signature, deleted the signature, or kept the original default signature, but want to change it for the email you're about to. If you use Outlook on Mac, there is no way to change your theme but you can put it into Dark Mode. Visit Business Insider's Tech Reference library for more stories.
Important: If you have an Illinois State Office 365 email account, and you use Outlook as your email client, but you also use the Outlook Web App at Office365.IllinoisState.edu, you will need to create a signature in both locations.
